Our guest forJuly meeting will be Sheila Kannappan, a Professor Emeritus at UNC-CH. Dr. Kannappan will discuss the "Discovery Effect", and how sensory, spiritual, and artistic discovery can be as profound as scientific discovery.
GAC will meet at 7:30PM at the GSC, with short business meeting afterward.

GAC HONORS DANNY LINEBERGER WITH LIFETIME APPRECIATION AWARD
April 11, 2026 -- For the third year in a row, the Greensboro Astronomy Club has honored a significant contributor to the area astronomy community. This year's honoree is Danny Lineberger, a long-time GAC member and lynchpin to GAC outreach, as well as club historian.
